    Hi guys

    I have solved this probleem by setting the following

    # A slightly different configuration for an internal subnet.
    subnet 10.1.16.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 {
    range 10.1.16.15 10.1.16.100;
    option domain-name-servers 10.1.16.10;
    # option domain-name "internal.example.org";
    option subnet-mask 255.255.255.0;
    option routers 10.1.16.3;
    option broadcast-address 10.1.16.255;
    default-lease-time 600;
    max-lease-time 7200;
    filename "pxeboot.0";
    next-server 10.1.16.10;

    Sorry, I can't help you with this. I am not familiar with isc-dchp-server. Perhaps they have forums?
