Could not mount SMB Share; Key has expired

  1. last week

I am trying to image a PC but it says could not mount SMB share.

From the log I have attached it says:

mount: mounting //192.168.2.1/Data on /storage failed: Key has expired

    Any help will be appreciated

Reset the password for the local accounts named cd_share_rw and ch_share_ro and update the distribution point as well.

  3. Hi, sorry for the late reply,

I tried both of those twice and now the log says:

mount: mounting //192.168.2.1/Data on /storage failed: Input/output error
mount: mounting //192.168.2.1/Data on /storage failed: Input/output error
mount: mounting //192.168.2.1/Data on /storage failed: Input/output error
mount: mounting //192.168.2.1/Data on /storage failed: Key has expired

    Is this any better?

Can you access the share from another windows machine?

    Have you gone through this?

  7. Hi I just released my mistake, when resetting the password I ticked "user has to reset on logon" so the password didn't actually reset properly.

Thank you for all your troubles.
