Queue IS Full, Waiting For Open Slot
Before posted this, I searched in the forum and could not find a similar post. Anyway, I received this error while trying to upload an image for a Dell OptiPlex 7050 Windows 10 64bit. It does not matter really matter on which Kernel that I am using; however, currently, the default one is kernel 4.13.2. Also, each time that I shutdown the computer and tried to upload the image again, the queue slot is different, as specified below.
"Queue IS Full, Waiting For Open Slot, 0" or 1 or 2 or 3..."
Your tasks are full. Do you have tasks showing in the web interface?
You are correct, I removed them and no longer getting the message.

You can increase the queue size in your distribution point.

To ask additional question - if an error occures, CD usually mentiones that it will reboot in one minute. And I am impatient and reboot it by button.
In first case, if I leave CD to reboot, will it remove active task from task list? Because if I reboot it by force, task stays on... for how long? Is there a task timeout?
There is currently no timeout. It's something I wanted to add to 1.3.0, but didn't make it in.
