Could not open "\EFI\BOOT\fallback.efi": 14
I face another problem on one Notebook (Acer Switch 3).
When I boot from the usb I get the message "Could not open "\EFI\BOOT\fallback.efi": 14".
I tried to turn off the secure boot option in the BIOS, I also tried different usb-keys and kernels (x64 and also not the x64).
BIOS is on the newest version.
Someone who also got this error?
Are there any news for the described problem?

that message is normal, just typically don't see it, what happens after that, blank screen? Sounds like machine may not be compatible with grub
The boot process does not continue, the screen stays with the message "Could not open "\EFI\BOOT\fallback.efi": 14".
It doesn't matter how long I'm waiting.
Still have this problem...

The grub files used in the USB boot are getting older. Try these updated files. Not sure what OS your are using, but in the web application/api folder there is a private folder, and finally a folder called client_iso. Overwrite the client_iso folder with this one, then rebuild the USB. This is just the needed updated files, not everything for the client_iso, so make sure you overwrite.
