This topic can be closed. I have resolved the issue.
I created a blank image profile and then ticked the box for "Don't Shrink Volume" and it took the image fine. Deploys work fine as well.
I have just setup a new Clonedeploy 1.3.0 as our old CrucibleWDS install wasn't wanting to work with our newer EFI based machines. When we upload an image all seems to be fine but as soon as we try and deploy that image to any other machine (identical machines as they were bought in a batch) they fail at around 15-20% when copying across sda3 which I assume to be the main partition. The error we seem to see the most is a CRC error but when I look through the logs I see a lot of the following:

I have attached the log file from the system we used to test the deploy to as well as the upload log from a successful upload.
I tried the "Remove GTP Structures" and that didnt work neither did "Don't Shrink Volumes"
Any ideas at all?
